Tefillin and Mezuzah Checking and Purchase

A Blessing For Your Home!

Mezuzah and Tefillin are two of the most complex religious articles in Judaism. The laws of how to make these articles in a kosher manner are multifaceted and extremely detailed. Furthermore, even kosher mezuzahs and tefillin may deteriorate over time, rendering them non-kosher.

If you are in need of new mezuzas or tefillin, or need your current ones to be inspected by an ordained scribe (customary to check twice every 7 years), please contact our Shul office to schedule an appointment.

Thanks to our periodic "Checking Tefillin and Mezuzah Campaigns" and year-round home visits, countless Jewish homes and people have learned about and participated in these important mitzvahs, some for the very first time.

Hospital and Retirement Home Visitations

Volunteers visit Jewish patients at the local hospitals, whether affiliated or not, to cheer them up, recite a prayer, arrange kosher meals and offer any assistance that might be needed.

If you know of anyone who would welcome a visit, please contact us.
